Golden, airy and full of flavor- our fresh milled herb sourdough focaccia is a rustic flatbread made with long-fermented sourdough for deep flavor and easy digestion. Infused with fragrant herbs drizzled in olive oil before baking so each bite delivers a perfect balance of soft, chewy crumb and crispy olive oil kissed edges.

This is at least 50gr of active starter in a glass jar with lid. Included is instructions and 1:1 time with Crust & Crumb owner to mentor you to your first loaf.
